Hi, I’m Nour!

Good design should be invisible, but the learning should be unforgettable. I build learner-centric environments that prioritize engagement and retention. From storyboarding to final deployment, my goal is to create intuitive paths that empower people to grow and succeed.

Featured Project

Carrot Quest: From Seed to Snap

Do you have the patience to grow a prize-winning crop?

This fast-paced simulation challenges you to manage a carrot patch under pressure. From soil prep to harvest, every second counts. Can you steer your crop to greatness before the season runs out?

My Design Philosophy

Narrative-Driven Learning

I believe that learning is most effective when it is anchored in a story. By placing the learner at the center of a relatable narrative—like a novice gardener or a new professional—I create an emotional hook that drives engagement and makes abstract concepts tangible and memorable.

Action-Oriented Design

My design process focuses on what the learner needs to do, not just what they need to know. Utilizing action mapping and SME-validated scenarios, I build simulations that force active decision-making, allowing users to practice high-stakes tasks in a safe, interactive environment.

Iterative Excellence

Great design isn't finished on the first draft. I utilize the ADDIE model and Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation to measure impact and refine my work. By prioritizing feedback from stakeholders and SMEs, I ensure that every module is polished, accessible, and results-driven.
